An account is considered inactive if it has not sent any incoming hits since the last reset. Over time if an
account does not send any incoming hits it's inactive count will increase representing the total number of
consecutive resets that the account has been inactive. As soon as a member sends an incoming hit, it's inactive
count will be reset back to zero. From this interface you can delete or e-mail accounts that have been
inactive for several resets.
